Ed Hardy Temporary Tattoos

Ed Hardy temporary tattoos have been growing in popularity for years.  The reason for this is simple: as the Ed Hardy brand grows in popularity, so do Ed Hardy temporary tattoos.  We’ve written about Ed Hardy as body art.  Every Ed Hardy tattoo is vibrant and detailed; the perfect combination for a temporary tattoo.

3.      Celtic

Celtic designs are as classic as the tattoo itself.  Most Celtic temporary tattoos are black and white line art.  This design scheme looks incredibly realistic and is appropriate for almost any occasion.

The lower back temporary tattoo is a favorite design among young women.  Whether going out to a club or grocery shopping on Sunday morning, a lower back tattoo can be a very sexy compliment to any look.  If it is a high quality tattoo, it will look very realistic, making the lower back temporary tattoo a sexy addition without the commitment.

Ed Hardy Temporary Tattoos as Body Art

May 6, 2010

As we’ve mentioned, mid-February, Chanel launched a line of temporary tattoos.  These were first unveiled at the fall fashion shows.  Women immediately submitted their pre-orders.  The response to the Chanel brand as body art has been tremendous.

While many outside the fashion industry may see Chanel’s temporary tattoo line as cutting-edge, the fact is that temporary tattoos as body art is not a new concept.  Young women (and men) have been wearing Ed Hardy temporary tattoos for years.  Ed Hardy designs (the same designs found on t-shirts, hand bags and caps) are available as temporary tattoos.  Really, if you think about it, Ed Hardy temporary tattoos make a lot of sense; after all, these designs originated from real tattoos designs.

Ed Hardy tattoos can be found online and in retail.  They can be purchased in singles or assortments.  There are some fabulous designs to choose from (as any Ed Hardy enthusiast knows), making it simple to find a temporary tattoo for any occasion.

Body art is very trendy right now and Ed Hardy is a dominant fashion brand—the two go hand in hand. Use blog15 now to save 15% on your next purchase! Shipping is always free in the United States (minimum online order is only $10).

Tattoo Link of the Week 1: Chanel Temporary Tattoos

January 22, 2010

Our first “Tattoo Link of the Week” is Stylelist.com’s write up about Chanel’s upcoming temporary tattoo offering. While the news made a splash in many online fashion publications, Stylelist.com was one of the first to write about it. Add that to the humorous debate in the comments section about real tattoos and we have ourselves a winner.

Designer temporary tattoos aren’t exactly new – here at Tattoosales.com we already have a stock of designer Ed Hardy tattoos.  But this season, mega fashion house Chanel announced that they will produce and sell their own line of temporary ink like the tattoos seen in their Spring 2010 runway shows. Their temporary tattoo collection, named Les Trompe L’œil de Chanel, includes rosaries, lace, and the iconic Chanel double-C logo.

The layered chains and birds Karl Lagerfield featured on his runway models will cost $75 for 55 designs, which has provoked a variety of strong responses ranging from furious to enamored. Not to toot our own horn, but our temporary tattoo selection also contains chains for your arms, ankles or wrist and a menagerie of birds plus several other fashion-forward temps at a fraction of the cost.

And since you’ve got the tattoos covered, you can save that money to buy a really useful Chanel accessory – say, a Samurai helmet or a boomerang. Use blog15 to save 15% on your next purchase! Shipping is always free in the United States (minimum online order is only $10).
